Job Title: Ophthalmic Lens Division---Operations Support Associate

Liberty Sport is seeking a qualified, energetic, individual with experience working in the ophthalmic lens field to support management in growing the Company’s Optical Lab division.
Job Responsibilities
• Help develop and implement strategy to gain new Rx customers and to improve service and offerings for existing customers
• Define and develop standards for internal order processing and customer relations management
• Generate and analyze corporate data to report to Lab Division Manager and upper management
• Develop and train Lab Division associates
Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in optical wholesale laboratory or large optical retail environment
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adept problem solver
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and dependability
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and meeting goals or deadlines
• Ability to work with others in a positive way
