Title: Medical Billing and Insurance Positions

Center For Sight has Billing and Insurance positions open in our Sarasota and Venice locations!

Responsibilities May Include:
• Responsible for obtaining insurance verification and authorization for treatment and surgery.
• Responsible for processing insurance claims (Medicare and BC/BS) and resolving issues/denials that arise.
• Perform general charge entry and payment posting.
• Processes insurance statements and performs account reconciliation as necessary.
• Responsible for collections on accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal departments.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Medicare and Commercial Insurance required (BC/BS preferred)
• 3+ years of billing, A/R and collections experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
