Experienced front desk staff wanted 3 days per week for small but busy primary care office in Rocky Mount. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and multitask. Must be experienced at checking patients in and out, verifying medical insurance and vision plan benefits (obtaining authorizations), and collecting fees properly. Also must be able to answer telephone, schedule appointments, etc. The position also includes pre-testing of patients and minor history-taking. Contact lens skills needed such as training of new wearers. Will pay top dollar for the right candidate, which also includes a daily productivity bonus.
