We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and motivated Technical Support Representative to respond to product and operational support calls in a call center environment.

Some essential job functions will include the following:

Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer/equipment issues in a professional and timely manner. (Non-IT related)
Will provide component replacements as needed.
Will document customer interactions and problem data in system database.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experienced customer service skills including: Active listening to understand customer’s issue, excellent communication with internal/external customers and the ability to work effectively with difficult customers.

Prior experience in a Client Service environment.
Strong PC skills with knowledge of MS office required (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Working knowledge of Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics software desired.
Excellent organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Problem solver with strong positive can-do attitude and outgoing professional personality.
Position requires occasional travel to local retail optical stores to provide on-site product support.
