Title: Operations Manager - Sarasota

The Operations Manager is responsible for operations leadership resulting in improved patient satisfaction, increased clinical and professional revenues, improved staff efficiency and reduced costs. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day clinic and front office operations for the Sarasota office.

Responsibilities:
•Ensures “world class” customer service is delivered on a consistent basis.
•Provide leadership, direction and coordination of departments relating to patient care.
•Responsible for personnel management including selecting and retaining staff; setting expectations; facilitating development; and evaluating performance.
•Manage physicians’ and clinical staffing schedules.
•Overall responsibility for ensuring the facility reflects the level of standards set by the company.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or comparable 5 years experience in ophthalmology management.
•Prior ophthalmology management and high end customer service experience.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, physicians, staff, vendors and patients.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and technologically advanced communication systems and devices.
