1. What happens when I post a job on Local Eye Site?
Once a paid posting is created, that listing will appear on the Local Eye Site job feed in addition to being automatically distributed to job feeds accepted through the Local Eye Site Power Network.
2. What happens to my expired job postings at the end of the subscription period?
All job postings are archived upon expiration and will remain archived in your user account indefinitely.
3. What if I need to change my login and password information?
Your account information can be changed on your user dashboard. Passowrds can be reset by using the "Forgot my password" link on the sign-in page.
4. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is stored securely via Authorize.net, backed by a Symantec Secure Site SSL Certificate.
5. Why does Local Eye Site use an automatically recurring subscrition system?
Part of our goal at Local Eye Site is to maximize your recruitment efforts online in a cost-effective and convenient way. Most employers appreciate the convenience of having an active job listing running for long-term recruitment efforts, as well as establishing or maintaining an active employment brand. For those employers who don't need more than a month or two of service, there is an option to turn off the automatic renewal system any time during the subscirption service term.
6. How will I know when someone applies for my job posting?
Whenever a new application is submitted to your active job posting, an email notification will be sent to the email address that your account is registered with on Local Eye Site. Please make sure the email address you registered with is up-to-date to ensure application notifications continue to arrive in your inbox. Also, as an added precaution, it is recommended that you add email@example.com to your address book to prevent any email notifications from being caught in your SPAM filter.
7. Is Local Eye Site a recruiting agency?
No, Local Eye Site is not a recruiting agency. Local Eye Site is a niche job board in the eye care industry that serves job postings to job seekers through the LES Power Network. Jobs posted on Local Eye Site are diligently promoted to maximize the number of qualified candidates delivered to employers through the site.
8. How is my job fed to the Power Network?
Your job will be promoted through our advanced network of eye care industry publications and associations, in addition to various social media outlets and traditional marketing channels. We have also invested numerous resources that allow your job post to appear in paid searches on popular search engines, as well as organic searches, in order to strategically put you in the best possible position to reach qualified candidates.
