Seek well qualified Ophthalmic Technician for full or part time position with multispecialty Ophthalmology group. Should have experience with History taking, Visual Acuity, Refraction, Familiarity with Ophthalmic Terminology and Medications used in office diagnosis, assisting with office procedures and intravitreal drugs. Able to perform the following tests: OCT, IVFA, BAT, Corneal Topography, Lensometry, Fundus photography. If experience with any of the above is incomplete, must be willing and capable of aquiring these skills while on the job. COA certification preferred but not required, or willing to obtain COA within one year of starting the position.
This is a unique opportunity for an OphthalmicTechnician to work with a very qualified and congenial group of Ophthalmologists and Optometry with specialties in Cataract and Refractive Surgery with Presyopic Correction Options, LASIK/PRK, Glaucoma, Laser Aesthetic and Oculoplastic Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, and Medical Retina and Low Vision. The offices are located in Canton, Alliance and Canfield Ohio. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.
