Position and responsibilities: A full-time sales representative position is available immediately for selling personal protective equipment (face masks, face shield, protective goggles, gloves, etc.). Main responsibilities include but not limited to: (1) selling the products to different market segments through cold calls, e-mail, and other means of sales; (2) developing marketing program, (3) developing and managing accounts, (3) shipping large orders and sending invoices of large orders, (4) getting customer feedback for improvements in product offering and services, (5) identifying new product opportunities, and (6) performing limited office work and answering phone.
Basic employment terms: Full time, regular work hour (8:00am-5:00 pm or 7:00am-4:00pm) and regular working days in a week (Monday to Friday); Starting salary $15/hour or more plus commission
Required qualifications: (1) proven record and experience in sales, (2) demonstrated passion in sales and customer service, (3) great communication skills and problem-solving capability.
Expectations: (1) attitude to make things happen, (2) self-motivated and proactive, (3) well-organized, efficient, and results oriented, (4) demonstrated significant progress in market development and sales in two months.
Performance indicators: (1) Number of accounts developed, (2) Sales and income results, (3) accounts developed.
