The sales manager position is expected to develop a sales and marketing program to again a significant market share aiming at major optical retailors, wholesale laboratories and governmental contracts. Specific responsibilities of the Sales Manager include developing sales goals, leading sales by developing major accounts, growing existing customers, developing, implementing, and monitoring monthly initiative with milestones for the sales department. The Sales Manager also participates in new product development. The work hour is Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00.
Qualifications required for this position include sales experience, leadership, organization skills, good communication skills, demonstrated problem solving ability, and work efficiency and time discipline.
Performance measures for this position include results toward meeting company sales goals, achievement of personal sales goals, and customer base developed.
