Patient Service Representative

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. This position could be based out of any of our Cape Coral or Fort Myers offices, and reports directly to the Office Operations Manager.  We offer extensive training at no cost to our employees and encourage on-going career development. 

Regular office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday. 

This position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner. Review patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures to be obtained. Enter new patient information into computer. Ensure the patient feels welcome to the practice and continues to return in order to receive top quality health care treatment. This position is also responsible for answering telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations. This position has no supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in medical practice preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Fluency in English. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to use computers proficiently and perform computer data entry (MedEvolve).
Well-organized with attention to detail. 
Excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
