Ophthalmic Technician
Berkeley Eye Center is a growing, well-established vision care practice with over 60 years of experience and 20+ locations in the Greater Houston Area including Katy,Texas!
Our Katy location is looking for an experienced Bilingual ( English/Spanish) Ophthalmic Technician who is committed to providing our patients both fantastic vision care and an excellent customer service experience through friendliness, professionalism, technology and a commitment to growing in their field.
Our success has us growing and adding new positions on a regular basis. We currently have an opening for an Ophthalmic Tech in our Katy, Texas location.Ideal Candidates have 3+ years of technician experience in an ophthalmic environment.
Skill Set should include:
Manual Refractions,
Ability to read glasses on manual lensometer,
Tonometry,
Visual Fields,
OCT,
A-Scan,
Topography,
Computer Skills (experience on Electronic Medical Records a plus but will train an OA with proper patient work-up skills)
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 1pm
