Currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with previous experience as an ophthalmic assistant/scribe ready to start working in a fast-paced environment. No certification is required. Candidate should be fluent in Spanish. The main task for candidate is to become a scribe in our practice, nevertheless, candidate MUST be knowledgeable on how to prepare the patient for the exam with preliminary testing and gathering of basic medical history. Candidate should be familiar with the following: vision acuity, intraocular pressure, dilation of pupils, OCT, OCTA, OCT RNFL, B scan, fundus photos, Fluorescein/ICG angiograms, ERGs, HVF. If there is no experience with some of these tests, candidate should be willing to learn.
