Position – Independent Direct Sales Representative
Wave Optiks Eyewear is seeking dynamic outside 100% commissioned Sales Representatives, to sell our eyeglass frame and sunglass collections to eyecare and eyewear practitioners. Many territories are currently open.
The outside sales representative position is responsible to build relationships with independent optical practitioners and retailers in growing and closing sales. This position requires prospecting and developing new accounts, with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue. This position is an Independent Contract status (1099) and requires some working knowledge of the industry (preferred), requires territory management skills, reliable transportation, a Smart Phone and good organizational skills.
The job works by appointment and cold call basis or self-developed scheduled appointments. You will be initiating regular, in person contact with existing and potential accounts, introducing these accounts to Wave’s products and developing a buying relationship. You will travel with samples by vehicle to existing and potential account sites throughout the entire sales territory. You will be evaluated on the ability to meet sales and revenue targets, prospecting and developing new and existing accounts, and growing your account base. Tasked with building and increasing revenue, within the assigned territory, which increases your income. Attend via phone, email, or in person, periodic sales meetings, as necessary.
Generous all commission with uncapped earning potential. Highest commission collections in the industry include the lowest opening price points with a growing number of brands. Your gross income potential estimated at $100,000 to $200,000 potential per year. Typical territory covers one or two states.

Collaborative/cooperative relations with management and associates.
Ability to carry and lift multiple sample bags weighing up to 40 pounds.
Position is an Independent Contract status. Some overnight may be necessary.
