Sr. Dispensing Optician ~ Vanderbilt Eye Institute

Assists customers in the selection of frames and other optical needs under occasional guidance. Assists in promoting the services of the department. Collaborates with the manager to market programs and products both internally and externally. Provides leadership and serves as an expert role model in daily business operations including educating/training others on skills and knowledge related to this job role.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experiences:

High School Diploma / GED required

DPO or LDO License required

3 years working under a licensed optician and/or 2 years completed in an Accredited Optician Program.

Experience working at a high-volume eye care facility
