Position Description

Provides optometric care to patients by:
  • determining refractive state and ocular health status of patients;
  • counseling patients on ocular health and refractive state;
  • maintaining confidential information, and required documentation

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Doctoral Degree in Optometry (OD)
    • Must meet professional credential requirements
