Manual Eye Massage or other

I wanted to know what type of massage your Anesthesia personell use after administering an eye block.
We have used an Autopress but I know Varitronics doesn’t make them any longer.
If someone has any suggestions as to a device to reduce the pressure in an eye after the peribulbar or retrobulbar block.
