You did it.
You finally found the perfect job, and it feels incredible. No more sending out countless résumés, dressing up for painstaking interviews, or waiting by the phone for a call that could change the trajectory of your career. You’ve found your dream job in eye care, and you can’t wait to finally get started.
For most of us, the elation of receiving a job offer is an experience we will likely encounter at some point (probably more than once) during our lifetime. But what encourages us along the way to achieve our job search goals? Is it the hope of a better work experience, achieving the perfect work-life balance, or the simple convenience of a bigger paycheck? Whatever it is that motivates us to keep pushing for the light at the end of the job search tunnel, odds are that simply hearing about others’ job search successes factored into the equation at some point in the process. This, my friends, is a factor that can’t be ignored.
Success stories, especially in something as common to each of us as the job search, have proven throughout history to bring great encouragement to others who may be going through a similar experience. It’s life’s little victories that give us hope for a better future - regardless of the obstacles we may face in our own lives. At Local Eye Site, we believe in the power of success stories as a tangible source of hope and encouragement for others. We know there are members of the Local Eye Site family who are currently looking for a job in the eye care industry, and a little encouragement can be just what the doctor ordered. For that reason, we’ve organized a little contest called the ‘Hired Hall of Fame’ to showcase some of the best job search success stories from people - just like you - who have found a job using Local Eye Site. If you or someone you know found their eye care job on Local Eye Site, we encourage you to tell your story. Sure, you could win a series of great prizes, but the resulting influence of sharing your job search success story can make the small effort on your part that much more valuable in the long run.
Who knows, your story could potentially help your next co-worker find the job of their dreams in the eye care industry! Declare your victory over the job search and submit your story to the ‘Hired Hall of Fame’ Contest today, and help us deliver hope and encouragement to your job-seeking peers in the eye care industry!
