Name: Cynthia H.
Occupation: Digital Marketing & Sales Support Intern
Location: Raleigh, NC
When I first began my job search, I knew that I wanted to gain real-world experience in a business environment, and a summer internship seemed to be a perfect way to achieve that goal. Since September (and throughout my junior year), I had sent out my résumé to many different places, but all with no avail. Finally at the start of the summer, while browsing different career websites, I stumbled upon Local Eye Site. I was immediately drawn in by the detailed description of the Digital Marketing and Sales Support position.
Local Eye Site was easy to navigate; I completed my application and sent in my résumé. Unlike my previous experiences with other job sites, I heard back from LES almost immediately. The interview process was very enjoyable and my interviewers’ passion for the eye care industry was inspiring. Now after interning with LES for a month, I have learned so much about eye care and have grown to understand and appreciate the passion that the LES team has for the eye care industry. Thank you, Local Eye Site!
