This role is perfect for someone that is looking for a change from the clinical environment and wants a challenge in the work place. Role Summary: Provides tier one,end user support for resolving problems with the Medflow software application.Creates and documents support desk tickets and either resolves on his/her own or receives assistance from other team members. This role requires a customer savvy candidate who posseses excellent communications skills and one who is committed to working in a team environment.
