Medflow Inc.is a rapidly growing EHR Ophthalmology Software Company located in Charlotte NC that seeks a full time experienced clinical support analyst in our call center. This role is perfect for someone that is looking for a change from the clinical environment and wants a challenge in the work place.
Provides tier one,end user support for resolving problems with the Medflow software application.Creates and documents support desk tickets and either resolves on his/her own or receives assistance from other team members.
This role requires a customer savvy candidate who posseses excellent communications skills and one who is committed to working in a team environment.
Medflow software experience preferred
Ophthalmic clinical office experience required
MS Office & Windows XP&7 operating systems experience required
Ability to work in a fast paced, performance drive environment
Strong ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Open to flexible work schedule to meet the demands of customers
