As an affiliated Optometrist, you’ll be part of a patient-oriented team that provides convenient, caring, and personalized eye care. We lead the way in ophthalmic frames and lenses and provide world class training and support to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
As an Independent Doctor of Optometry located inside or next to a Sears Optical location, you sublease space to practice optometry. Sears Optical operates the dispensary, while you operate the office and perform full-scope optometry. Just like a private practice, you set your own professional fees and keep the associated patient revenues for your professional services. Your rent includes a furnished office, well equipped exam lanes, utilities, and an online scheduling and patient recall system.
