We offer a very competitive compensation package for Employed Optometrists. In addition to base salary, you will receive a very generous incentive program for our Full-time and Part-Time Doctors. Employed Doctors working at least 1,000 hours each year are also eligible for our 401 K and Pension plans. Positions at Full-Time status, which is 35 hours or more per week in most states, qualify you to receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as life insurance and our short-term disability plan.
