POSITION DESCRIPTION: The location of this opportunity is Nassau County. Candidate must have an excellent reputation and a very strong work ethic. Candidates must have a successful record in their fellowship training program with strong references from same, along with a desire to build upon and expand our referral base for a busy glaucoma and anterior segment surgical practice. OCLI has a very good history of partnership attainment.
PRACTICE DESCRIPTION: OCLI is one of the largest and most reputable ophthalmic groups in the United States. We are a 24 doctor group including subspecialists in Cornea, Glaucoma, Retina, and Oculo-Plastics, along with very busy Anterior Segment surgeons and Doctors of Optometry.
We have nine locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties. Teaching affiliations are possible and recommended, assistance is given with same. This is a high volume practice featuring strong external and internal referral networks; state of the art diagnostic and surgical equipment; and, NextGen software integrated with Topcon’s Synergy imaging system. We have an accomplished accounts receivable services department. An industry leading ophthalmic-only ASC is available for block time booking. OCLI’s research department supports extensive opportunities for those interested.
