Description:
Eye Care Associates, a large private Optometry practice named by Triangle Business Journal as a 2007 & 2008 "Best Place to Work" (TM), has an opening for a Full Time Optometric Technician in one of our Cary offices.
The primary focus of the Optometric Technician is direct patient care. Responsibilities include gathering patient medical history, quoting fees, using testing equipment to conduct pre-screening exams, and training new contact lens wearers. Experience in the medical field is strongly preferred, but we will train the right person for the position. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and communicate well with both patients and doctors. Great personality is a must!
