Primary Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of patient intake and all diagnostic tests, including manual refraction experience.
Transcribe physician's dictation into patient chart or EHR as applicable;
Prepare patients for treatment and assists ophthalmologist in performance of patient exam;
Counsel patients by providing information about treatment, use of drops, drugs and questions about surgery;
Ensures confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records;
Provides quality patient care, excellent communication and customer service care to patients.

Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and computer skills
Open to change and willing to take on additional responsibilities
COA/COT experience a plus
