Large/Premier Ophthamology practice located in beautiful Virginia Beach/Norfolk, VA seeks a full time Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to join the senior executive team. The DCO reports direct to the CEO and is responsible for the overall successful operations of our clinic to include training of staff and management of our electronic/"paperless" office. The DCO will assist the CEO in carrying out the strategic goals & initiatives set forth by the governing board each year as they relate to clinical operations. The DCO has oversight responsibility for our Clinical Manager who has charge to schedule, participate in & supervise the day to day operations of the clinic (front office, scheduling, tech pool, and clinical research)
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a supervisor in a clinical setting. Ophthamology experience a big plus! Please fax resume to 757-493-3059 or email to kparks@vec2020.c0m
