Watson Eye Associates has a career opportunity for an Ophthalmic Assistant. COA/COT preferred but will train to achieve these professional certifications; medical office clinical experience a MUST. We are an EMR practice requiring computer literacy.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting and scribing for doctors
-Interacting one on one with patients
-Screening patients
-Performing visual tests
-Refractometry
-Intra-ocular pressure
-Home study
Skills required:
-Solid verbal and written communication
-Strong organization
-Detail orientation
-Ability to multi-task
-Quick learner
-Strong computer skills
