Description:
The Patient Services Representative directs and maintains patient flow in order to maximize outstanding patient service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, check in/out, scheduling/confirming appointments, answering incoming calls, preparing and maintaining electronic patient records, verifying insurance, and educating patients on insurance benefits.
Skills required include accuracy and careful attention to detail, ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects, outstanding customer service, and computer competency. A positive attitude, friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic are a must!!
