The 3rd Party Insurance Software Support Specialist will:

•Analyze Insurance Carriers, Plans, Billing, and Claims submissions
•Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles
•Provide software technical support in a call center environment
•Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
•Exercise analytical and problem solving skills

•Not Must Haves, but Definite Plusses:

•SQL experience
•Optical industry experience
