The position of Medical Receptionist requires a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills including: pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, tact, diplomacy, patience, and flexibility. Must also have the ability to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and staff. Prior related medical office experience is strongly preferred - experienced in checking in and out, scheduling, and answering phones. Must have the ability to multitask, be organized, and show attention to detail. We have openings in two departments - prior desk experience in a plastic surgery office or an ophthalmology office is strongly preferred.
