Description:
19 month old practice with veteran retinal Ophthalmologist growing capabilities in imaging using new Zeiss FA/FP/OCT digital cameras.
We are adding another MD to the practice that will require new skillsets in anterior segment imaging. Applicant will also learn the quickly growing field of using new capabilities of Zeiss OCT for glaucoma analysis and treatment.
Must have or be willing to learn skills in sterile technique assisting and minor patient ophthalmic procedures (i.e. checking pressures, visual accuity, running HVF) between imaging patients. IV skills required for fluorescein and visudyne injections. RN skills/techniques are a plus.
Dr encourages and supports efforts to obtain CRA/OCT-C certifications by using paid clinic time to study, reimbursed costs for testing and cash bonuses for obtaining certifications.
