Our Pediatric Ophthalmology practice in Atlanta, Georgia is growing and we need pediatric Ophthalmic technicians.

You will provide technical expertise and daily management in pediatric ophthalmologic care delivery. Ensure adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care assignment to include neonatal and pediatric patients

• Required Clinical Skills - Perform routine treatment procedures including ocular motility skills (assess phoria vs tropia, Worth 4 - Dot testing, convergence testing, etc.), stereo testing, basic contact lens evaluation, slit lamp evaluation, over refraction, retinoscopy, keratometry, tonometry, color vision testing, visual acuity, field tests, eye drop administration, dressing and ointment administration, pharmacology, assessment of vital signs, Can include but not limited to coordination of lab results, minor surgery assistance, assistance with laser procedures and OCT
